2. Refund Amount:
- If the refund request is approved, customers will receive 30% of the total amount paid for the service.

How to Request a Refund

- Include your account number, service details / activation date, and the reason for the refund request in the email body.
Processing Time
Refund requests will be processed within 14 business days from the date of receipt. Once approved, the refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
