Refund Policy Details

1. 7-Day Refund Window:

  • Customers are eligible for a refund if a request is made within 7 days from the date of service activation / delivery of the order.

2. Refund Amount:

  • If the refund request is approved, customers will receive 30% of the total amount paid for the service.

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The refund request must be made within 7 days of service activation.
  • The service must be in good standing and not in violation of our terms of service.
  • The customer must provide a valid reason for the refund request.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to info@redbridge.in with the subject line “Refund Request.”
  2. Include your account number, service details / activation date, and the reason for the refund request in the email body.

Processing Time

Refund requests will be processed within 14 business days from the date of receipt. Once approved, the refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
